Founded in 2019 by Peyton Thompson and MJ McFarland, together with their ever-expanding network of former athletes and professional partners, Player’s Reach aims to give back to the city they now call home. Their goal is to use their successes to help support and inspire the youth of Austin to greatness by giving back to their community.

Peyton Thompson, is Texas born and raised in California. Before his return to Texas, and subsequent settling in Austin, Peyton spent six years playing in the NFL. The majority of his off-seasons were spent participating in community outreach events, motivational speaking and shadowing business professionals.
Peyton has taken full advantage of connecting Austin's business professionals, its investors and his network of active and retired athletes, by creating the Player's Reach Foundation. Player's Reach offers Austin's youth the opportunity to participate in events that promote team building, education and life skills. It is his commitment to changing Austin for the better and giving back to the community that makes Peyton the team player you can count on.

A former professional NFL athlete, MJ McFarland brings his team-oriented attitude from the football field to all of his professional endeavors.
With his entrepreneurial mindset and vast network, MJ was driven to create and be a part of multiple companies and he's become a licensed realtor since his time in the NFL.
Motivated by a passion for community and giving back, MJ co-founded Player's Reach Foundation.
